I was ready to get annoyed because finding specific odd skins is usually a whole hassle, but this was actually easy. I found what I wanted without digging around forever, which was a relief for once.

The speed was just okay. I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, but it ended up being more stressful than I thought because I had to wait around longer than planned. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as smooth as I hoped.

I mean, logging into my account felt safe enough... nothing seemed sketchy or out of place, so I felt comfortable using it.

They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. It made the whole thing feel easy and stress-free.

The listing tools mostly do what they’re supposed to, but editing listings can feel clunky at times. It’s not a huge deal every time, but after running into the same awkward issues a few times, I’ve started to trust it a little less when I need to make quick updates.

I bought a few TF2 items here and everything went through fine. The prices seemed fair, and the trade came in quickly, so no complaints there. The site feels legit to me, although the layout is kind of outdated and a little confusing at times, you know? Still, I trust it enough that I’d probably use it again.

Steam sync has worked fine for me so far, so I can’t really complain. I do wonder a little about how reliable it’ll be long term, but up to now it’s just done what it’s supposed to do.

It’s a little annoying when you’re just sitting there guessing instead of knowing if the bot is delayed or if something needs your attention. That said, the item did show up fine and I haven’t had anything go missing. The site itself is simple enough: you pay, the bot sends the trade, and that’s basically it. I’d still use it again, I just wish the communication during delivery was a bit more obvious.

marketplace is easy to use. I can find what I’m looking for quickly, and the menus don’t make things more complicated than they need to be, which I appreciate. The site does feel a little dated, and a few pages could definitely be cleaned up for mobile, but it’s still straightforward for buying items and checking prices. At the end of the day, it does what it’s supposed to do, and that’s really all most people are asking for

Had a little hiccup with my order, but support got back to me way faster than I thought they would. They explained what was up and fixed it without making it a whole thing. So yeah, happy with how it went.

I signed up as a seller on marketplace.tf, it went smoother than I was expecting. I had to connect my Steam account, read through the rules, and double-check that my account details lined up properly. Very calm, very normal, definitely not me rereading everything three times.

The requirements seemed a bit strict at first, but I kind of understand why they have them. It made the whole setup feel more secure, like they’re trying to keep random sketchy accounts from jumping in and selling items.
I also had a question for support, and they replied in a normal, helpful way. So yeah, overall it was a good experience, and I remained completely relaxed about the entire process, obviously.

Overall, solid. I can usually buy or sell the TF2 items I’m after without waiting too long. Not always instant though. Some weird or less common stuff just sits there for a while. Still good enough. 4 stars.

It shows prices in my local currency and works just fine in my region. that makes it feel worth using for me

Prices are usually reasonable, and the fees don’t feel too outrageous (which is always a nice surprise). A few items were more expensive than I expected, but overall it’s been a decent experience.

They paid quickly and I didn’t run into any major problems. i was expecting some kind of annoying delay because that always seems to happen when you’re waiting on money, kind of like when your food delivery says 10 minutes and then somehow turns into 35. But in this case, it was straightforward and easy enough. No big complaints from me.

I haven’t really run into downtime with marketplace.tf. It loads whenever I check and it’s been reliable for trading. That said, if it ever went down right in the middle of a trade, I’d definitely expect an apology or at least some kind of explanation.

I had to open a dispute, which is never my favorite thing to deal with, especially when I already had a busy week going on. But it was handled fairly, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. I was checking my account later that day while paying a couple bills, and there it was. Overall, no complaints.
